No. Customers join through your business’s QR page and save a pass to a supported mobile Wallet. There is no dedicated ScanLoyal customer app to install.
What does my team need to scan passes?
The ScanLoyal merchant app, a compatible iPhone or Android phone with a camera, an internet connection, and authorized staff access. A separate barcode reader is not required.
How do customers join?
Scan the business’s Join QR to open its enrollment page, enter the required details and consent choices, then follow the available Add to Wallet action.
Can I customize my rewards and branding?
Yes. Configure your business branding and a visit-based loyalty program, including the number of qualifying visits and the reward customers earn.
How do I manage employees?
Invite employees and choose their roles and location access. Your team can serve members while sensitive business settings stay with authorized people.
What happens after I create my account?
Verify your ScanLoyal account and confirm your subscription, then set up your business, location, rewards and branding. Invite customers once your launch checks pass. Our pricing page explains the planned subscription and the terms still to be confirmed.
